3-Wire Thread Measuring, Series 313

The measuring wires are hardened and precision lapped. They are placed onto spindle and anvil of the outside micrometer. The three-wire measuring process is applied to determine the pitch diameter of threads and considered as one of the most accurate measuring procedures.
