Fixturing base plate designed for direct mounting on the granite table.The base plate provides multiple possibilities for fixing fixtures and direct construction of jigs on the CMM.It is equipped with fixing threads M6 in a 25mm / 50mm grid to directly position and build up fixtures.The base plate is designed to perfectly match the Mitutoyo eco-fix clamping system and also for fixing aids such as chucks, positioning angles or the like. In addition, threads M8 are used to attach CMM accessories such as Measuring balls or stylus rack which are located in the edge area on the base plates.Besides the wide area base for fixturing, it also protects the valuable granite base of the CMM.Precision machined from a high quality aluminum alloy and provided with a surface finish that makes the base plates extremely durable.

The MUX-10F 4 channel D-SUB9 serial interface is a microcontrolled interface that connects four measurement devices, with Digimatic output, to the RS-232C serial port of a computer.

The properties of diamond coated styli are outstanding. While ruby and most other commonly used styli ball materials are exposed to and suffer from abrasive or adhesive wear, diamond coated balls offer advantage over all these styli ball materials. They will outlast ruby balls in everyday use and therefore pay off as a long term investment. Additionally they are not subject to the adhesion of material particles when scanning for e.g. aluminium components. When it comes to measure modern wear resistant coatings with a high surface hardness, diamond coated styli are essential to the success of the measurement, as ruby ball styli can already suffer massive wear in the first measurement cycle.

Mitutoyo Extension Holder

The EJ-Counter is targeted at secondary and automatic embedded markets as well as conventional measurement rooms.Multipoint measuring systems with a maximum of 16 gauges can be configured. The EJ-Counter is attached to a DIN rail for use. Due to the small size of the unit, it can be installed inside of switchboards /equipment. The input tool allows you to directly connect Digimatic measuring devices to a USB interface, without needing additional software. The USB Input Tool Direct offers the following benefits: Measurement data is converted into keyboard codes, enabling interaction with any program working with keyboard entries (HID). Fixed and adjustable columns are available in different lengths to always provide the right height level. Different sized brackets allow the correct positioning, if the grid of the base plate does not match the workpiece.
