MISUMI offers a variety of configurable linear bushings with and without flange, linear units with backlash compensation, or linear ball bearings with housing. The linear bearings with ball cages and ball recirculation are ideal for unlimited linear movements and can be configured in the MISUMI online shop. In addition to the various fixing variants, our configurator offers other properties to choose from. MISUMI ball sleeves can be selected with or without a dust seal and can withstand an ambient temperature of up to 120°C. Whether pre-lubricated or without pre-greased with a variety of lubricants, these can be installed or replaced directly. The surface treatments available for linear ball bearings are nickel-plated and LTBC-plated. Standardized linear motion bushing units are a cost-effective method of implementing linear motion in a wide variety of applications. MISUMI also offers these ready-to-install in a housing and in a wide variety of flanged linear bushing designs, as well as in a finished block shape. With MISUMI ready-to-install linear bearings, you can achieve advantages over conventional approach in terms of indirect and direct cost savings from design to assembly.
