In the MISUMI online shop, you will find a variety of rubber washers, round rubber bumpers, and sleeves that can be used as a seal, rubber buffer or stop buffer. These are the selectable materials: heat-resistant, antistatic, abrasion-resistant, highly abrasion-resistant, low-rebound polyurethane rubber (PU/PUR), Vulkollan(r), ceramic polyurethane rubber, nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), ethylene rubber (EPDM), silicone rubber (SI), fluorine rubber (FPM), hard rubber, butyl rubber (IIR), natural rubber, nitrile rubber foam, chloroprene rubber foam, polyethylene foam (EPDM foam), EPT sealing material, silicone rubber foam, fluorine rubber foam, special polyurethane foam SOFRAS, polyester felt, polyester felt with the appropriate resistances.
The different hardnesses in Asker C5 to C35, Asker F75 to F85 and Shore A15 to A95 enable the required sealing and damping properties. The outside diameters range from 6 to 100 mm. Inside diameters are available up to 80 mm and they can be configured. Round rubber dampers, washers and rubber sleeves are available in lengths of 1 to 500 mm.
