- Coil diameter is managed and defined on the basis of the internal support rod diameter.
- Twist the torsion spring in the winding direction.
- Coil diameter decreases when the spring is twisted in the winding direction, so about 90% of the maximum load is generally applied to the guide rod (preventing the spring from toppling).
- In this specifications, the spring constant is calculated with an arm length 1/2 and a free angle B (135°). The allowable displacement is premised on the stress of static load.
- Since the torsion spring varies in load with the partner parts, please use the spring constant as a reference.
