[Features]
・The D-sub connector is becoming the standard with its combination of pin and socket connector types.

The number of pins in these connectors has increased along with the greater role of electronic control in automobiles. In addition, this non-waterproof, high-density type connector fulfills the need for a small and lightweight product.
[Features]
[High-density implementation achieved with a large number of pins]
· These composite-type connectors include both signal (2.2 A) and power (5.7 A) internal circuits in the same connectors. These four-row type connectors are small, highly dense, and include a large number of pins with a 2.2 mm contact pitch (for signals), 3.2 mm contact pitch (for power), and up to a maximum of 135-pin connectors. Multiple socket connectors are combined together on the wire side for each single pin header on the circuit board side.
[Mechanical lock structure ensures secure fitting]
· The mechanical lock structure protects against vibrations and pulling. A distinct click sound helps confirm that secure fitting has occurred.
[Double locking structure reliably prevents loss of contact]
· Contact with the socket housing is maintained via a housing lance and an internal retainer contained in the housing. This double locking structure, which locks at two locations, reliably prevents loss of contact due to vibration or pulling.
· The retainer's structure ensures that a contact cannot be set into the locking position unless it is completely inserted. This makes it possible to detect partial insertion of contacts.
[Low insertion force structure with easy insertion and extraction]
· A low insertion force type structure requiring 70 N or less of force per socket housing to achieve insertion makes insertion and extraction easy.
[Tin and gold plating are available for the contact finish]
· The standard finish for contacts is tin plating. Gold plating is also available for 135-pin pin headers, offering a higher level of contact reliability.
[Misconfiguration-prevention types also available]
· Pin headers (70-pin and 135-pin versions) and socket housings come in standard types as well as types with different mating part conformations in order to prevent incorrect configuration. Use of these types prevents incorrect fitting when two different pin headers with pins in the same positions are used next to each other.
· Crimping enables easy connection.

· Mechanical lock structure for secure mating.
· The locking method of the mechanical lock is strongly resistant to impact and pulling. By simply pushing in the plug, a distinct click sound accompanies the mating. Therefore, the successful mating can be confirmed when connecting to non-visible parts.
· Unique housing structure.
· The mating is highly reliable. The unique housing structure has protrusions and incorrect insertion prevention guides, which prevent adverse effects due to twisting when disconnecting.
· The double locking structure securely prevents contact dropout.
· The socket housing contact retainer uses a primary lock employing a contact lance and a secondary lock employing a flap that is integrated into the housing in two places. This provides a highly reliable double locking structure, which prevents contact dropout due to impacts or vibration.
· The flap is mounted so as to push on the contact, temporarily locking the contact to prevent incomplete insertion.
· Standard, and differently shaped incorrect insertion prevention types are available.
· The fitting element conformation and color (standard type: green/incorrect insertion prevention type: light blue) differ from the standard type. Therefore, the product is ideally suited for configurations that incorporate two connectors side-by-side in identical numbers.
· Contact featuring highly reliable design.

These are non-waterproof, small-type board-to-cable connectors developed mainly for on-board use.

・A small-type/high density connector with abundant variations.
A small-type/high density connector with 2.2 mm (8 turns = 4 mm) contact pitch and 025 tab size.
・Single-row / two-row types are available supporting 3–40 pins.
・Furthermore, in addition to the through-hole type, circuit board pin connector, the SMT type (straight, 20/32 pins) is also available. This type is compatible with automatic mounting, allowing for a variety of connection formats.
・Reliable mating due to mechanical locking structure.
・The mechanical locking structure is resistant to vibration and pulling. Simply inserting the plug creates a clicking sound that ensures the lock is secured. This allows users to confirm proper mating even when visibility is restricted.
・Double-layered stop construction to prevent contact removal.
・Preserving the contact inside the housing involves a double-layer construction consisting of a primary stopping housing lance and a secondary, internal preset, socket housing retainer. This effectively prevents disconnection through vibrations and pulling.
・ Furthermore, the retainer is constructed so that its locking position cannot be set if the contact is not fully inserted. This allows for the detection of semi-inserted contacts.
・The socket lock is protected by a unique housing structure.
・A bridge is installed around the upper portion of the clock lever in the socket housing. This prevents warping and other lock lever damage when an external load is applied when cable harnesses are bundled together.
・High-reliability socket contact
・The contact is a box-style unit that is resistant to the effect of external power fluctuations, etc.
・The contacts have a double layer coil construction and are strongly resistant against prying. This is a highly reliable model that ensures a stable connection.
