Our product range includes induction hardened high-performance gears, glued plastic spur gears, keyless spur gears and gear wheel with integrated bearings. Buy our metal or plastic spur gears, available in stainless steel, sintered steel, nylon, polyacetal, brass, aluminum, and cast iron materials. With the surface treatments nickel-plated and burnished, the gears are protected from corrosion.

The MISUMI online shop has a variety of spur gears for sale. In addition to various modules, the number of teeth on the spur gear can be selected from 8 or 10 up to 200, with a tooth flank clearance of N5 to N12 and a tooth width of 2 to 90 mm. Furthermore, the shaft diameter of 2 to 50 mm and the tolerances (H7 and H8) of our gear wheels can be configured. In some configurations, it is possible to cure the key-type sprocket.

In order to integrate the spur gears into your design as easily as possible, you have the choice of bore holes with and without a keyway. It is also possible to fix the gear wheels to a shaft using an adjusting screw.
