[Features]
· In non-ferrous hole drilling, achieves a hole diameter precision and surface precision comparable to conventional reamer machining without the need for pilot holes.
· Effectively reduces machining time by making more use of a limited number of tools in machining, etc.
· Tip angle: 120°

(i)Remark

  • Select lower cutting speeds and feed speeds for small diameter sizes. Use step feeding to discharge chips with deep hole drilling (exceeding 5D.) Use water-insoluble cutting oil in order to increase the finishing surface roughness. When machining by rotating the workpiece, carry out concentric machining with the main shaft that is chucking the workpiece. In the case of coring, etc., limit pilot hole misalignment to a maximum of 0.5 mm. With thin workpieces, the hole may shrink after machining and the hole diameter may take on a minus value.
